If you're having trouble logging into your ProPractice courses, please follow the following steps:
1. Josh recently switched platforms (he moved off of Teachable to a new platform...all new content is uploaded there).
He and his team sent out an email with your new login credentials.
Sometimes the login instructions go to spam. Please check there first. If it isn’t there, please go directly to this page: https://login.joshwrightpiano.com/login
2. When you go to that page, please click "forgot password" and reset it (even if you hadn’t previously set a password, still follow this instruction. Don’t worry - your purchase and course access is already in the system).
3. After that, you should be taken to your personal portal where your course(s) are. If you're not seeing the course(s) in there, try one more thing for me - try clearing your cookies and cache in your browser. Often, if something isn't showing up, it is browser-related. If that still doesn't work, try a different browser (such as Chrome, or Safari, or Firefox).
4. If you still can't successfully log in, please email a member of our team, and we can manually reset your password for you.
